Make sure you go upstairs for dinner if you want somewhere you can actually hear what your companions are saying, it was lovely not to have to shout to be heard. “4 Fratelli has been around for as long as I can remember. Just across the road from Waterloo station, it is what I would call a typical, traditional Italian restaurant. The food is great. The staff are great; they will help with your choice, and they never leave you with empty plates too long! Great food and great value.”
